Musik: Adele mit neuem Album „21“ & Deutschland-Tour [Video]

Von der britische Sängerin Adele veröffentlichte vor vier Wochen ihren neuen Song Rolling in the Deep. Das offizielle Video gibt es schon auf der Website, ist für Youtuber aus Deutschland allerdings nicht einsehbar. Auch kündigt die Gute zwei neue Song Releases für die kommende Woche an. Und wo können wir die neuen gesammelten Lieder der Sängerin finden? Auf ihrem neuen Album 21, welches passend dazu am 21. Januar 2011 erscheint. Ein Grossteil des Albums entstand in Malibu im Studio des legendären Rick Rubin (Johnny Cash, Jay Z, Red Hot Chilli Peppers) und in London bei Paul Epworth (Plan B, Bloc Party, Florence). Adele nennt u.a. Wanda Jackson, Yvonne Fair, Andrew Bird, Mary J Blige, Mos Def, Elbow, Tom Waits und Kanye West als Key-Einflüsse für 21. Und das sagt sie selbst über ihren neuen Longplayer:

“I’m very excited, nervous, eager, anxious but chuffed to announce my new album! It’s taken a while and it knocked me for six when writing it. It’s different from “19” [ihr erstes Album aus dem Jahr 2008 – Anmerkung von der Redaktion], it’s about the same things but in a different light. I deal with things differently now. I’m more patient, more honest, more forgiving and more aware of my own flaws, habits and principles. Something that comes with age I think. So fittingly this record is called “21”. The whole reason I called my first album “19” was about cataloging what happened to me then and who I was then, like a photo album you see the progression and changes in a person throughout the years”.

Glücklicherweise wird sie im März 2011 für vier Deutschland-Konzerte nach Hamburg, Berlin, München und Köln kommen. Ab 15. Dezember könnt ihr euch Tickets auf www.adele.tv sichern, ab dem 17.Dezember dann bei allen offiziellen Vorverkaufsstellen.
